Opened in 2019, our Millbrook centre is the newest of our six early learning and care centres.
Grovelands Millbrook operates a sessional pre-school service for 38 weeks of the year under the ECCE Scheme along with an After School Service.
The centre is beautifully furnished and equipped with developmentally appropriate equipment.
The daily activities provided by our highly qualified staff present challenges and opportunities for exploration, play and learning both indoors and out.

Book your ECCE place online today
You can book an ECCE space by making an appointment with the centre manager to have a viewing of the centre and pay your €100 deposit by card on site or you can use our online booking option to secure your place for September 2024.
Terms & Conditions:
ECCE deposits are refunded once your child is fully registered for the ECCE Scheme on the Department of Children and Youth Affairs Hive platform and receives their ECCE registration number. If your child does not enrol within the first week of the ECCE start date the place will not be held and the deposit is non refundable. Bookings are only valid once all information on the booking form has been completed in full and returned to Grovelands Childcare.

In Grovelands Millbrook, Athlone we cater for children from 2 years 8 months up to 13 years.
We offer Sessional Preschool and After School Services.
Our ECCE preschool runs for 38 weeks of the year as per the scheme rules.
We cater for school age childcare during out of term times in our Corran Riada service.

Located in the Monksland area of Athlone, just off Millbrook Avenue on the Old Tuam Road. We are serviced by the local Bus Eireann town service bus on the A2 bus route.
