How to record your video for Graduation 2020

All children due to graduate from Grovelands this week will receive a graduation pack over the next few days.

When you receive it you will see we want you to record a video of your child and send it on to us so that we can make a virtual graduation video. We got the inspiration for it from the GAA lockdown videos – link below.

Thanks to Poppy from Corran Riada for demonstrating how to record the video and also what the finished video should look like. The demo video is showing how Poppys big sister throws the hat to her while her mum is recording it and then throws it off to the right.

The video people shows when Poppys mum just zooms in on Poppy and you then cant see her sister throwing the cap. This is the type of video we are looking for! Your child can say whatever they want. Whether its a message to their BFF or their teacher its up to them.

When we join them all together we are going for the effect of the GAA video above where it looks like they are passing it to one another.

We would love also if you wanted to send us on a photo of your child with their graduation cap on and their cert. We are hoping to send some pictures into the local papers as we would do every year.
