Parent Survey
We have all been finding our feet in these new circumstances since reopening our services back in July. While the daily Early Years experience for the children attending Grovelands has changed very little we have had to implement changes for you the parents. The biggest of these in that you can no longer come in to the rooms and chat with us and the team that care for your child.
That has taken some adjusting on your part and on ours and we wish to acknowledge the wonderful support that we have got from you to date while ensuring the health and safety measures we have put in place continue to work.
As we come to the end of the first preschool term we wanted to formally touch bases with all families to see how you are finding your experience with Grovelands. We love to hear the areas that your happy with but equally as we continue to review our policy at this time if there are areas that you feel need improvements we want to hear your feedback and your solutions would be most welcome.
Grovelands strives each and every day to provide the highest level of early learning and care to your child. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the teams in all our centres for their continued dedication to fulfilling that goal.
